How do you style a table with old rose?
With pastel shades, you can easily achieve a fresh and light look. By combining these shades with white, wood and an old-fashioned flower wallpaper, you can create a typical ‘English cottage’ feel. My personal style is slightly more simple. I choose to combine old rose with dark earthenware crockery and subtle sprigs of fresh greenery.
Why does old rose always make me feel so happy?
A search online teaches me that rose stands for feminine, peace, tenderness and love. It is this warm atmosphere that I want to bring into my home. Old rose is also lovely in combination with old wood. Imagine, Brocante bread planks with fresh bread on an old rose breakfast table. You could also combine old rose with other elegant pastels. The linen collection may be washed at 95°C, handy for when used often. Remember, linen becomes even more beautiful after a few washes.
